There were LOTS of open spaces when we came in!
Russ says he didn't park as straight as I did (tee-hee)!!
It was nice to be in the woods and smell the campfires this morning.
We had a nice site and a good night's rest

What a wonderful picture of your new motorhome parked in the trees! And the picture of Therapy parked at Safeway shows how flexible you can be with that size of motorhome. Say hi to Corning for us and don't forget to stop at the Olive Pit this time. It has plenty of RV parking in the back, which makes it an esay place to stop. We found the gas in Corning (at TA, NOT at the casino) to be reasonably priced, compared to central California.
ReplyDeleteBig difference between where you were parked last night and now!
ReplyDeleteIt's so nice to have your own place & not be in a rush to get anywhere. Reminded me of last summer in Yellowstone. It was drizzly & we pulled over, started the generator & had coffee with sausage biscuits...it was soooo nice. Glad you are enjoying it & just think -- this is just the beginning with more to see & do.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great sounding "maiden Voyage." Sounds like you are just piling up the miles.
ReplyDeletegood parking job on both counts!!..I think I like the spot in the trees a wee bit better though!!
ReplyDeleteSafeway is one of my favorite stores. Didn't know they have free wifi. Good to know in case we get stuck without internet. Good luck on getting out of there. Loved the camp you stayed at the night before.
ReplyDeleteI love the ability to sit there and have all the comforts of home. To be able to use the wifi, watch tv, nap, whatever...this is definitely THE LIFE!!!
