But I had to show this photo I got from my daughter today. My 14 year old granddaughter, Anna, is in her first year of high school this year. She has joined the Junior ROTC at Oregon City High School and we are so proud of her. Doesn’t she look grown-up in her uniform? Seems like only yesterday she was just a little girl in pigtails and ruffles. Anna, I love you.
Remembering…
You have every right to be proud, a lovely young lady.

ReplyDeleteso proud..good for Anna!!!..they grow up so fast!!
ReplyDeleteThey grow up so fast, and she had the whole world ahead of her. Tell her to study hard and she might get to fly or do something really cool in the service. You can sure be proud of your Grand Daughter. Be safe out there. Sam & Donna...
ReplyDeleteWay too cute.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful granddaughter you have. I can tell she is going to make a very good life for herself.
ReplyDeleteThank you for posting this, Donna. Anna looks so grownup in her uniform. What a fine thing it is for her to be joining the Junior ROTC. She's getting in at a young age and I'm proud of her for making that decision!
