We Have a WINNER!!!

Remember my post about entering our photos in the fair?  Well, guess what?!?!?!  I didn’t win a thing and Russ didn’t win the $5 first place prize either.  Instead Russ won the Marques Miller Special Award and a prize of $25!!

I don’t know who Marques Miller is or how he picked his award winner, but we are sure pleased.  First time ever for entering a photo in the fair…and here’s our proud winner now…

    Congratulations and well deserved. I've been admiring that photo.

    We have a company that prints your photo onto a canvas and makes a great picture on the wall. I can imagine this one. Here is the website in case you don't know what I'm talking about. http://pixelpaint.co.nz/pages/canvas/

    I'm sure you could have the same thing done with your photo. How cool would that be.

    Our daughter-in-law tipped us off and we are delighted to have a couple of wonderful memories on our walls.

    WOW!! Congratulations!! I belonged to a big photo club in Fort Worth and submitted a picture I had taken of Multnomah Falls. I won too. Well, not first but second best. It sure makes you feel good. PLots of fun practice is needed to make perfect but even practice with a camera can be fun.
