Christmas Is….

Our Christmas is already over and we can relax for a couple of days until the grandkids come for a week at Grandma’s House.  We had all but 5 of the family here on Sunday…that would be 18 people counting us.  Cozy!!

So, Christmas at our house is…

    Sweet mixed pickles are cukes cut crosswise mixed with cauliflower florets and pearl onions in a sweet pickle brine. we didn't realize this was something else for north of the 49th.
