Bet you didn’t even realize I was gone! It’s been a month since my last post but I just haven’t had a whole lot to say. Been very busy with projects around the house but I’ll post on that later. Some repairs and renovations have kept us exceedingly busy this last month and we’re just getting started.
I’ve read some blogs but haven’t been spending much time on the computer at all. I really miss interacting with my blogger friends so am going to try and not work so hard and spend a bit more time with you, my friends. Now that many of you are starting the winter travel season, I want to climb aboard and enjoy your journeys.
Still not much to say, but Russ and I have been out for a few rides between chores and taken some pictures of the fall colors here in Oregon. I made a video and put it on Facebook and someone suggested I share it here. So for anyone who might enjoy it, here it is:
Welcome back.
ReplyDeleteThanks for giving me my fall color shot in the arm. I miss the colors of this season the most. Just so lovely. Not much color change here in Texas.
We miss you. Me especially. Glad you know you are busy and staying out of trouble. Since we're settled here in AJ I really don't have much to blog about. I'm like Marsha - we don't have any of those fall colors down this way so it's neat to see your video.
ReplyDeleteI noticed, but figured you were just taking a break.
ReplyDeleteHm. I *thought* I was missing something.
ReplyDeleteVery nice video and I sure enjoyed Russ on the piano.
ReplyDeleteGreat to see your blog pop-up on my sidebar again. Terrific slide show too - nice colours.
ReplyDeletewelcome back!!!
ReplyDeleteDonna and Russ, you are both missed when you take a break from blogging! But I'm glad to hear that it's because you've been busy around the house and not because you've been sick or something worse.
ReplyDeleteYes you were missed. Good to hear that you are well and have just been busy. We just left for Mexico so come along for the ride.
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful fall colors! So glad to see your post...we missed you too!
ReplyDeleteSo glad to hear from you once again :)...
ReplyDeleteJust thought about you the other day and realized it had been a while since you posted. Welcome back! We had a great time around Bishop and Lone Pine. Understand why you like that area so much.
ReplyDeleteOf course we noticed you were gone, but I do have FaceBook so you pop up there now and then so I knew all was OK.
ReplyDeleteWell we sure are glad your back! And glad you and Russ are doing well. Enjoyed seeing the fall colours, Beautiful! We have a little of Eugene's wet weather here in Southern Cal today a light rain is coming down as I read you Blog. They say maybe even a dusting of snow in the mountains. Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteReally love your fall colors... we just weren't at the right place during the prime colors here in the east. And... of course, the song is beautiful. Welcome Home!
ReplyDeleteI, too, take Blogging breaks on occasion. It's acceptable. Glad to see you here.
ReplyDeleteGood to have you back, enjoy the winter.
ReplyDeleteThe video is wonderful -- watched it yesterday on youtube. I don't think you had it up long before it hit my sub list. I just loved it! I've not been around much lately either...enjoy that beauty in your area -- as I know you already do!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful video! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteWelcome back:)
ReplyDeleteLove the video! I haven't seen trees like that since I lived in the Northeast.
ReplyDeleteHi, Donna, I haven't been reading blogs for a while either for various reasons, one being Jack, and another because I started to wonder whether all the years I worked typing, then on computers contributed to my back problems. I have missed all the blogs I read, but feel guilty if I read one and not another, and then I become overwhelmed because I get so behind. I do miss everyone, and I'm going to allow myself to read this afternoon.
ReplyDeleteYour slide show was WONDERFUL. You are so creative. Makes me miss Oregon so much. Say hi to Russ from Jack and me.
cool costumes. Nice thought was put into them.
